Kinds of AllergyThere are many different symptoms that come along with varies types of allergies. Allergies can be developed over time. You can all of a sudden find yourself allergic to a drug, food, pollen, mold, or animal that previously didn’t bother you. Some allergies are more common than others and some allergies are genetic. Some allergy symptoms are mild and only require that you take notice so that you don’t have to deal with the symptoms again in the future. Other symptoms can be more severe and require immediate attention. Symptoms that are more severe are allergies that you want to take mental note of so that you don’t put yourself into any more danger in the future.

Gluten allergy symptoms include:
Digestive issues such as gas, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation
Fatigue, brain for, and feeling tired after eating meals that contain gluten
Migraine headaches
Inflammation, swelling, or pain in your joints such as fingers, knees, or hips
Mood issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood swings

Food allergy symptoms include:
Hives
Itchy mouth or ear canal
Nausea or vomiting
Diarrhea
Stomach pain
Nasal congestion or runny nose
Sneezing

More severe symptoms of food allergies include:
Obstructive swelling of the lips, tongue, and throat
Trouble breathing
Turning blue
Drop in blood pressure
Loss of consciousness
Chest pain

Nasal congestion

Runny nose
Itchy, watery eyes
